Well, I'm pretty sure a guy/girl like that would have a bf/gf just as wacky as he or she is. XD
I think the f-word had a literal meaning in that statement.
Ahh, so if it's love it's worth a f*ck.
How uncreative one can be with romantic expressions. xD But seriously, sometimes I find these kind of t-shirts annoying, because they're just being bold for the sake of it.
By the way I saw this on a car some months ago:

Hahaha. If only everybody stayed true to that t-shirt's simple principle.. I believe the world would be a much better place.
